Influence and Assertiveness (OC)
Well-developed influencing skills and assertiveness are key competencies for managers in their daily activities. This one-day session (delivered in two parts) provides tools and techniques for enhancing the impact of power and influence and assertiveness with decision-makers and peers. This live virtual session will be delivered as a two-segment session. (Nov 23 & 24, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm each day).

- appreciate and use credibility, reciprocity, and persuasion in different situations,
- examine their own power and influence preferences through a Personal Influence Audit,
- develop an Influence base,
- appreciate aggressive, passive, and assertive behaviors, and
- use assertive behavior and techniques to seek solution.
