OBJECTIVE:
Using a blended learning approach combining theory, experiential education and coaching, this 3 ½ hour on-line session is interactive, practical and creates sustained behavior change. The session Is built around assessing and learning the 5 Promotability Competencies. Virtual conference features such as chat, hands raised, and breakout rooms allow for connection between participants and immediate application of new skills. The session is designed for emerging female leaders who want to understand how to accelerate their promotability.
