How to Build an Ethical Culture (OC)

Learn about the tools and techniques needed to build and maintain an ethical culture in your organization.

OBJECTIVE:
There is more to an ethical culture than establishing a code of conduct and a statement of organizational values.  It’s about ensuring that “tone at the top” is consistent with “tone at the middle”.  The half day session focuses on the tools and techniques needed to build and maintain an ethical culture.

WHO WILL BENEFIT:
Those in management and leadership positions.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Participants will develop a stronger understanding of:

  • getting to the root causes of ethical lapses,
  • building the components of strong ethical frameworks,
  • the importance of whistle-blower protection, and
  • evaluating the organization’s ethical performance.

NOTE:
This is a highly interactive session with a number of group discussions and sample tools that can be used to help assess the organization’s ethical culture and how to improve and enhance it.
