OBJECTIVE:
An introduction to the topic of governance and its impact on an organization, the session provides an overview of the key aspects of good governance, and highlights warning signs of governance issues. Best practice ideas and key governance topics like corporate culture and tone at the top are also discussed.

Participants will develop a stronger understanding of:

• the relationship between good governance practices and organizational performance,
• signs of governance problems in corporate, not-for-profit, and public sector organizations,
