OBJECTIVE:
Have you considered how you will remain optimistic and hopeful in front of your team and family, no matter what the situation? Check your emotions at the door, a common approach to work in years past, is now the exact opposite of what is required in resilient teams. While physical safety has long been guarded and protected in the workplace the need for psychological safety matters now more than ever.

How well do you understand emotions? Do you know how to manage your emotions so that they guide your decisions and behaviours rather than drive them? How can you use emotions as guideposts and fuel for resilient and inspiring leadership? How do unresolved emotions sabotage your leadership intentions?

Are people free to speak up and offer ideas without fear of judgment? What tools do you have to manage the uncomfortable feelings of loneliness, disconnect, burnout, stress, grief, frustration, and disappointment? Do you have strategies to support your team with emotional malaise or volatility?

We are quite aware of the physical and financial toll of COVID-19, but it is the emotional toll over the months ahead, as people reconcile losses and absorb the human angst of continuing uncertainty that may also be difficult.

Feelings of anxiety, fear and loneliness are more prevalent. This webinar will dig into the need for leaders to make room for all kinds of emotions and lead with strength and compassion while supporting emotional well-being and resilient mindsets.
