A member of the public can inquire about a registrant's public record of discipline or restriction by contacting CPA Saskatchewan in writing. Alternatively, public records of discipline decisions may be found here and restriction notices may be found here.
Notices of resignation are maintained on the website for one (1) year from the date of publication after which they will be removed. All other notices are maintained in perpetuity or until no longer valid.

Status Definitions

Suspended means an action taken by the Institute to temporarily or conditionally remove a registrant’s rights and privileges established pursuant to the Rules.
Cancelled means an action taken to strike a registrant’s or suspended registrant’s name from the register of the Institute or to terminate a registrant’s or suspended registrant’s licence.
Expelled means an action taken by the CPA Saskatchewan Board or Discipline Committee to strike a registrant’s or suspended registrant’s name from the register.
Resigned means a voluntary application made by a registrant or suspended registrant to cancel his registration or licence and approved in accordance with the Rules.
