Generation Gaps (OC)

The Generation Gaps workshop will help participants understand the various generations present at work, what motivates them and dealing with them on a daily basis.  This live virtual session will be delivered as a two-segment session. (Oct. 25 & 29, 7:30 am - 11:00 am each day).

OBJECTIVE:
The Generation Gaps workshop will help participants understand the various generations present at work, what motivates them and dealing with them on a daily basis. Both the young and older worker will have many ideas to offer, which will help the organization thrive in the marketplace. Learning how to deal with the Generation Gaps at work will help you become a better manager or co-worker

Participants will learn more about

  • integrating multiple value systems,
  • what work life balance looks like,
  • how Baby Boomers work best with Next Generation,
  • what are the differences between Baby Boomers and Next Generation,
  • Respect – earned or given? And how different generations answer this question, and
  • Finding common ground among the generations.
