Understanding Business Obligations Regarding Harassment

This workshop will provide both organizations and individuals with a primer on what they need to know to deal with workplace harassment

OBJECTIVE:
Accounting firms in Canada have a legal obligation to be in compliance with workplace health and safety and human rights legislation.  Everyone working in or intersecting with a firm is entitled to have their human rights respected and to be free from harassment.

This workshop will provide both organizations and individuals with a primer on what they need to know to deal with workplace harassment.
