An introduction to using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the webinar discusses different types of KPIs, including high versus low level KPIs, and financial versus non-financial KPIs. A step-by-step approach is provided to develop and implement KPIs in one’s organization, including things to consider and pitfalls to avoid. Real life examples, including a case study, are also reviewed to demonstrate the KPI analysis process.
